La Pablonita shares the same stripmall as a karate dojo and Honduran restaurant advertising pupusas in purple and white neon. The selections of vittles are vast here, from gorditas and burritos stuffed with al pastor and carne asada all the way to mole enchiladas get the guava flavor of Jarritos to help extinguish those flames from the shaking too much Valentina hot sauce in that bowl of caldo de mariscos."
